The objective of a Safe-Watch programme is to give us increasing control over improving our lives, over stressful conditions and the impact of periods of stress or illness.

This kind of approach reduces distress and improves quality of life. It works alongside any treatment, care plans or other help you may have but is focused on what you can do to promote your own recovery and avoid relapse.
